Stately with Charm
The ivy was hiding a gem in the rough. A steeper roof and dormers allowed a third floor with two guest bedrooms. The three level rear addition added a Kitchen and Family on the main level, a large Master Suite on second level and a large bath on the third level. The slate roof was saved and reapplied. A new front porch was added to compliment the existing front door arched woodwork. A vintage styled wine cellar with tempature and humidity controls keeps the wine and the homeowners both feeling fine.
